    • Penalties vary on the classification of the drug (1,1-A,1-B,2,2-A,3,4) and how much of the drug there is
      • The charge can be classified anywhere from a state jail felony (180 days – 2 years in prison, $10,000 fine) to a first-degree felony (5-99 years/life in prison, $10,000 fine)

Trafficking, Sale, & Distribution

  • A person commits an offense if the person knowingly manufactures, delivers, or possesses with intent to deliver a controlled substance
  • Penalties
    • Penalties vary on the classification of the drug (1,1-A,1-B,2,2-A,3,4) and how much of the drug there is
